The Graduate Diploma in Community and leadership Development intends to equip working professionals and Christian ministers with comprehensive knowledge and skills to be relevant and effective in Christian ministry.
Objectives of the Course
This Course will help the students in:
- Obtaining a comprehensive understanding of Biblical and Theological foundations for Youth Ministry/Christian Counselling
- Analysing the issues people face in their contexts
- Familiarising with the current trends
- Equipping themselves with relevant skills and tools to provide necessary help to the people in need
- Igniting a passion to build stronger communities.
Entry Requirements
- Applicant must be born again, committed Christian.
- Applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree from any recognized University or a Bachelor of Theology either from Asia Theological Association (ATA) or Senate of Serampore College (SSC).
- Applicant must own a computer with a good configuration and a stable internet connection.
Mode of Study
Graduate Diploma in Community and leadership Development is offered in a modular system (one subject at a time). The course content is delivered through recorded lectures, live interactive sessions and other study aids.
Period of Study
This is a one year program. Each module lasts for a duration of 2 to 4 weeks. Extension can be allowed on payment of an extension fee.

Graduation Requirements
Students must complete 10 subjects (30 credits) as prescribed by the academic council of IPCTSK and ATA.
